“A Flower for Peace”

On August 6, 1945, an atomic bomb was dropped on Hiroshima, taking countless lives and destroying everyday peace.

The deep red roses express mourning for the lost lives, and a heartfelt wish for peace.

The koyamaki (Japanese umbrella pine) gently represents hands folded in prayer, embodying quiet remembrance.

May the feelings entrusted to these flowers reach far into the future.
