水仙の袴を、そっとはずす。
葉を１本ずつ撓めながら、丁寧に形を作っていく
整えた葉を組み直し、袴を履かせ直す。

ただ静かに、ひとつひとつの葉と向き合う。

その小さな作業に、誠実でいられるか。

気づけば、それがずっと、自分自身への問いになっていた。

水仙に出会えるのは、ほんの短い季節。
その限られた時間の中で、できることを少しずつ重ねてきた。

派手さはない。
報われることもそんなにない。
それでも、続けるうちに、少しずつ変わっていく自分に気づく。

揺らがずに、そこに立っていられる自分。

この一輪は、その静かな積み重ねの先に、そっと咲いている。

Gently removing the outer sheath of the narcissus,
I bend each leaf with care, shaping it slowly.
Then I reassemble them, and let the sheath fall back into place.

All I do is quietly face each leaf, one by one.
And somehow, in that small act,
I find myself being asked—can I stay honest in this moment?

The season for narcissus is brief.
Within that fleeting time,
I simply do what I can, little by little, year after year.

It’s not dramatic.
Often unrewarded.
But over time, I began to notice something changing in me.
A steadiness.
A sense that I can stand where I am, without wavering.

This single bloom quietly holds
what has been quietly built.
